• Supervising and managing the whole line production process from startup to shutdown (100+ employees per shift)
• Calculate the efficiency of the production process (Net, true, basic oil, flavor, convergent rate)
• Production line gaps redesign
• Work on the SWOT diagram
• Participate in the assembly of the production line with Krones Engineers
• Supervise on the daily production process through all the phases
• Manage a team of 5 technicians focusing on the maintenance procedure of all the lines
