Teach, motivate, assess, guide, manage, monitor h/w, clw, analyse and record students' performances, carry out audit performance, class-wise and subject-wise report same to Rector, counselling students/providing pastoral care.As HOD, monitor, guide, provide counselling to other colleagues in department, manage resources in department .As member of SMT (Senior Management Team), advise and help administration in disciplinary issues of school, in decision- making, and propose, lead / carry out school-based projects to success.Work individually and as a team.
