- Conduct market research to know determine which marketing plan should be done.
- Analysis and current market conditions and competitor information.

- Promote, negotiate and handle events.
- Control inventory, monitor the food cost and review against the operation's budget.
- Review the monthly P&L providing explanation when necessary, as well as planning the monthly and daily sale objectives taking necessary measures to meet them.
- Recruit, train, motivate my team to ensure that the outlet has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
- Greet customers always, guarantee them an excellent dinning experience and handle their complain appropriately.
