Supervise the Rehabilitation component in the organization which includes special education, speech therapy, and physiotherapy clinics in 5 sites( Sweileh, Hashmi, Zarqa, Zaaatary, Mafraq)
•Prepared (SOPS- Standard operating procedures) in aim to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance,
•Technical manager of Portage Project conducted in Zarqa with the donorship of UNICEF
•Technical manager of Project of screening schools in east Amman for kids with speech and hearing difficulties with the donor ship of IOCC

•Conduct Comprehensive assessment for Children aged 2-12 who may suffer from Autism spectrum disorder, Learning Disabilities, or ADHD
•Evaluate children’s Present Level of Performance (PLOP) using curriculum based assessment.
•Conduct reseach on Family Centered Approach practices in 4 IFH Syrian refugee camps
•Revise the Team IEP and ensure its alignment with the assessment.

Evaluate formally diagnosed children with developmental delay
•Implement Carolina Curriculum for infants and toddlers with special needs
•Assess children with pervasive developmental delay using ABLLS-R Protocol
•Use PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) with children with pervasive developmental disorders, and other socio-communicative disorders.
•Use Behavior Modification skills in dealing with undesirable behaviors.
•Establish and maintain class routines
•Lead morning circle for children with special needs (down syndrome, mental retardation, Autism spectrum disorder)
•Cooperate with occupation and speech therapist to achieve children educational goals
