Responsible for business development, maintaining client relationships, designing course material, managing client projects, delivering training in 3 languages (English, Arabic and French), running pre- and post-training assessments and coaching middle & senior management as well as executives. I also run assessment centers for clients who are looking to recruit new people or want to assess the level of their existing executive team including interviews, EI assessments, coaching and shadowing.
I also contribute to the company's blog and social media strategy.
CCM Consultancy is the exclusive partner of Tack International and TMI World for the Middle East. Training techniques are centered on group discussions, role-play, input sessions, case studies, projects and business simulations. Delegates will leave their TACK & TMI training programs with a practical toolkit which they can put to use immediately after the course.

o Coached more than 100 individuals from 49 different nationalities in over 900 hours
o Full engagement of satellite teams on MAGGI brand development plan in the entire GCC: Challenged CEO and CFO to provide budget for a team of brand managers and CCSDM’s to meet technical team at the factory in Turkey and have a clear understanding of the entire production process from raw material to the shelf. The trip was a success at a time where budgets were being cut due to the worldwide increase in prices of dairy supplies.
o Managed decisions within cross-functional teams and guaranteed buy-in on marketing and sales plans from country managers in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain in spite of budget restrictions and competition for space at hypermarkets.
o Innovation award received for creating the first ever sales administration manual in Tetra Pak worldwide. Its aim was to enable internal and external customers to understand the process and have ownership of all the steps that involved them. Following the manual release was a series of training workshops that I lead in-house and at customers’ sites.
