Ø Project Management & Monitoring:
o Manage project's JIRA boards, and JIRA projects configurations to reflect the project's status
on daily basis.
o Maintain project’s backlog and requirements in JIRA and other requirement gathering
systems (Spreadsheets, Basecamp, Design assets).
o Responsible for tracking budgets and schedules, managing scope, creating project plans,
scrubbing ticket queues, raising risks, and managing a team to successful project completion.
o Build and manage JIRA dashboards to provide instant reporting.
o Approve, and manage weekly time logged on projects.
o Send and communicate monthly timesheets for billing purposes.
o Track and log time on tasks on daily basis.
o Report to supervisor on accomplished tasks and deliverables.
Ø Communication & Reporting Responsibilities:
o Hold Scrum daily meeting, sprint planning meetings and sprint retrospective meetings.
o Ability to communicate and work well with others and be a team player.
o Hold meetings with clients, and internal teams to successfully move the project forward.
o Write, send, and properly communicate meeting agendas, minutes of meeting held in a
project.

o Manage meeting's pace, time, and agenda.
o Report on the status of the project to client, team members, and supervisor.
o Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
o Make sure response times with clients are at its optimum. Communicate with client in timely
fashion.
Ø Department Responsibilities:
o Establish the needed functions for initiating new projects with coordination with other
departments applying Vardot’s PMO processes and ensuring ability to comply to client
requirements.
o Assist in evolving and adjusting project baselines as per the policies to best serve the interest
of both; the client and Vardot.
o Work and update project data on different systems adopted by Vardot, such as JIRA, Google
Drive...etc.
o Responsible for helping projects’ design, technical & QC teams in the application of Vardot
project management methodology, tools, and processes on the assigned projects.
Ø General Responsibilities:
o Manage multiple projects and/or work packages delivery, through estimations, planning and
UX/UI, execution, development, QA phase, launch and post launch support.
o Perform user acceptance testing for requirements delivered before sending to client.
o Involve the right team members to ensure successful delivery.
o Make sure sprints and milestones are being met on a day to day basis.
o Plan and schedule project sprint or milestones.
o Operate, follow up, and manage projects phases within Vardot processes in agreed upon
OLA.
o Work with the Project Leads to identify and mitigate project risks and remove barriers to
project success. Escalate potential risks to projects delivery to Accounts Director.
o Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
o Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to
delight customers.
o Continuously revise the projects’ general statuses to verify their adherence to their
corresponding baselines.
o Responsible for producing project schedule and document reviews; facilitating team
members; and supporting project reviews.
o Responsible for the project launch and post launch activities supporting the technical team
and responding to client inquiries and comments.
o Accurately forecast and track billing milestones and remaining cost on all projects.
o Analyze project profitability and revenue results and correct root causes as necessary.
o Monitor time logging of team members.
o Understand each client’s organization, goals and objectives.
o Manage client and third-parties involved in the project to successfully meet milestones.
