Prepare product orders as per set budget;
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms in terms of cost, quality, and delivery timelines; Communicate with suppliers & follow up on orders issued;
Stay informed about fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities;
Identify and source new products that align with the company's brand and target market;
Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiating corrective
actions;
identify current and emerging trends in the fashion industry; Check invoices & coordinate with accounting on order
payments;
Coordinate with logistics in regards to shipment arrivals, check BL & receive shipments;
Coordinate E-commerce to ensure products availability on the company app;
Assist marketing in preparation of marketing materials;
Set product distribution for branches according to targets & sales reports;
Remain current on market trends & competitive activity.
Oversee & support administrative office duties to ensure smooth
office operations;
Control inventory;
Coordinate with suppliers for all raw materials supply;
Coordinate with factories on production;
Follow up on monthly accounting & brand status reports;
Communicate with suppliers and process orders;
Identify research needs, execute research studies
& projects, & analyze data to identify business opportunities; Stay current on trends & competitive activity;
Communicate with brand distributers and preparing wholesale orders;
Organize international shipment;
Manage office inventory and place orders;
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail;
Develop office policies & procedures;
Ensure policies & procedures are implemented appropriately; Manage office budget;
Identify opportunities for process, office management improvements, & design and implement new office systems; Follow up with customers’ orders through E-commerce.
