managing the performance management in six countries (KSA, Iraq, Pakistan, Bahrain, Egypt and Yemen)
1. Overlooking the entire Human Resources Department.
2. Developing the HR strategic plan, and working with different functional units on plan implementation.
3. Developing all company related policies and procedures including recruitment, training and development, succession planning, and routine HR related policies.
4. Working closely with different functional units within the group of Al Naghi in order to effectively plan recruitment.
5. Working closely with Yousef Naghi High Training institute to secure the development of adequate programs that combine academic and professional knowledge.
6. Responsible for all HR business requirements related to the implementation and operation of ORACLE “ERP” including employees’ database and all payroll records, Self Service.
7. Managing both the content and curriculum of various training programs to ensure relevance to organizational needs
8. Managing the full recruiting process for all levels in AFS.
9. Creating and updating a process system to improve and streamline all HR activities and comply with the local and organizational rules and regulations.
10. Managing the employees’ relation with the management team across the region to minimize employee-management conflicts and gaps
11. Preparing the yearly budget for HR operations and training activities
12. Creating organizational charts, job descriptions, and salary reports
