1-Recruitment and Selection:
● Deal with managers to fulfill hiring needs(white collars& blue collars) with a complete recruitment
Cycle from job posting to induction program in a timely basis aligned with company policies and procedures.
● preparing all procedures and documentation for the exit process (exit interviews).


2-Trainig:
● Conduct Training Needs Analysis for all employees.
● Design and Develop training plan.
● Implement Training courses.
● Evaluate all training courses.
● Recommend/ Implement training and development systems.
● Development systems.

3-OD activities:
● Create job descriptions and interviews questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
● Assist in establishing and updating competency models assessing employee’s competencies and gaps.
● Implement HR policies throughout the organization and submit development.
● Responsible for the fund’s job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
● Contribute to the development of policies and procedures under head of HR supervision.
● Identify and monitor company culture .

Review all applications, reading carefully
and evaluating presented qualifications.
Perform interviews carefully and
intentionally, asking in-depth questions
and listening to the answers carefully
while taking details notes.
Create a report of the highest qualified and
most talented candidates to be presented to
the hiring manager.
Contact new recruits, explain work
technicalities, and guide them through
the required paperwork.
Ensure new recruits enter into proper
training successfully and all questions are
answered correctly.
