• Special Systems Operations Manager working on the Heart of Doha Phase 2 project for a very prestigious client. Responsible for delivering State of the Art Systems as per project specifications and client requirements.
• Responsible for the design, installation, testing and commissioning of the following systems: Fire Alarm, VESDA, Disable Alarm, Emergency Communication, PA/VA, Video Intercom, Smart Home, Fiber, Audio/Visual, X-rays and Metal Detectors in the Heart of Doha Phase 2 project.
• Over 22 years of experience in special systems deployment, integration, installation, testing and commissioning of various ELV systems.
• 17 years of experience in security system design and deployment of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fiber Transmission media, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), and Intrusion Detection Systems.

•Design and Implementation Manager for the CP-75 New Doha International Airport’s (NDIA) Terminal Operation Centers (TOC-1 & TOC-2) and Qatar Airways Operations Control Center (QROCC) in Doha; responsible for submitting all design packages as per specifications on time such as Fire Alarm, BMS, Access Control, CCTV, AV, Computers and Technical Furniture.

- Technical Manager; responsible for installation of Technical Furniture, Computers and AV systems in the Operation Centers on time to meet the client’s schedule.

- Managing Multiple Subcontractors to deliver all equipment needed for the project on time.

- Worked with QCDD to get approval on the fire alarm system design under CP-75 scope.

Security Systems Project & Operations Manager / Deployment Manager; leading the security systems installation on prestigious security projects in Dubai.

Ray Arnous is a security systems design engineer based in Dubai in the Integrated Security & Safety Solutions (IS3) business unit. Ray has 9 years experience in security system design and deployment of CCTV, Audio, Fibre Transmission media and Access Control equipment. He has also worked as survey specialist for various security system deployments.

Ray is currently in the process of completing the concept design phase for Tiger Woods Dubai, he will be working on the detail design and preparing the bill of quantities.

Ray was involved in the concept design of CCTV, Access Control, intrusion detection, and Electronics Key Management systems for the huge Landmark Tower. He is now working on the detail design phase of the project.

· Washington, DC, 9/99- present. Project Engineer for the U.S. Capitol Complex Security Systems Upgrade Project. Responsible for the specification and design of various elements of the Complex's new integrated security system. These elements include access control and intrusion detection systems. Conducted field surveys at the U.S. Capitol Building, the House and Senate Office Buildings for the U.S. Capitol Police, currently Security Services Bureau. Upon completion of the surveys, provided design and engineering recommendations and specification criteria to company’s engineering staff and the U.S. Security Services Bureau. Worked with the team identifying various field devices and equipment locations including access control, intrusion detection and CCTV in many of the US Capitol complex Buildings. Documenting and updating all major aspects of design changes, Verified design compliance detail for new installations of equipment and security systems. Provided Support for the MDI programming of Camera call-ups and alarm points. Implemented the integration process between the Stentofon Intercom System and Software House Access Control System. Involved in the Intercom System Design for the Senate Perimeter Project, House Parking Lots and The Botanic Gardens. Worked on the technical design for X-ray and Magnetometer systems. Currently working on the DVR Expansion Project at the U.S. Capitol Building.

Designed a VOIP solution to various government agencies.
