The Current Responsibilities -Senior Processor (Analyst) :
• Analyzing and reviewing letter of credit documents to ensure compliance with UCP600 and that they function in accordance with international standers.
• Managing daily transactions process in accordance with the accounts and operation manual such as daily branches outward and inward cleaning transactions.
• Supervising all accounting transactions in accordance with company’s financial policies, procedures and financial standards.
• Ensuring timely submission of all L/C, fixed assets and insurance related reports executive management to facilitate strategic review.
• Reviewing and devising financial and income statements, balance sheets, internal and external audit, cash flow projections and quarterly principal profit / loss to reduce cost as well as budget compliance.
• Furthering long-term organizational objectives and commitments by managing a large financial portfolio of clients.
• Handling settlements release, monitoring both internal and external systems related to trades settlements to ensure that all trades are authorized.
• Liaising with customer service units to meet customer expectations in terms of efficiency and accuracy whilst building and maintaining effective communication at all times.
• Managing the Islamic L/C operations (Morabaha) to promote the riba-free transactions and to finance the clients needs to purchase tangible commodities.
