• In addition to the roles & responsibilities, as an IT BCP Manager, I am accountable for the following
• Organizes and maintains a complete “supply chain” of critical components through concerned Divisions including bank/vendor relationships, spare parts, maintenance agreements, and relationships with support services.
• Developing and maintaining the ITSCM process in accordance with the overall business continuity management requirements
• Implementing and maintaining the ITSC Plans and recovery plans to ensure that, at all times, the recovery objectives of the business can be achieved
• Regularly testing the ITSC Plans for effectiveness, reviewing the results and taking action to overcome the identified deficiencies
• Supporting the ITSC Plan execution during the invocation and restoring the service back to normal operating conditions
• Coordinating interfaces between ITSC and other processes, including service level management, information security management, availability management, capacity management, and business continuity management
• Ensure teamwork spirits and positive thinking atmosphere
• Develops plans for procurement requirements of equipment and components and work in partnership with the concerned division in obtaining all needed parts and procurement activities.
