Managing all aspects of proposals, forecasts and client demands.
Planning media and execution strategies.
Day-to-day accounts management on both B2B’s and B2C’s to identify operational aspects, forecasts, and budget ROI.
5-year projection plan aligned with P&L forecast and exit strategy action.
Financial statements review with Auditor and evaluation of departments focus points with Higher Management.
Expenditure of Database, CRM interface, demanders, and stakeholders.
