• Run Digital and Traditional Ad/Media Campaigns for the following objectives: Fundraising, Education, Healthcare & Social Services.
• Manage the Social Media Calendar (layout, content, posts, boosting, sponsored ads) and formulate metrics/insights reports.
• Supervise the Creative concepts & Content creation of all print/online materials: achievement report, brochures, flyers, posters, invitation cards… etc

• Supervise the Virtual Tour project for Makassed hospital.
• Supervise the development of the E-Shop for Makassed women empowerment center and launch the promotional plan (shop.makassed.org)
• Assist in organizing all Makassed HQ social events and Makassed women empowerment center’s promotional exhibitions.
• Supervise the Market Research Project via a specialized agency; submit the findings’ reports to evaluate the Brand’s position in the local market.

• Supervise the Digital Media Campaign for Brand Awareness and Services Promotions via agency support.
• Represent IGI in GCC Jewelry Exhibitions Dubai - Sharjah - Abu Dhabi - Al Ain - Bahrain & Oman to
expand the PR’s company and promote the Laboratory & Education Services to Potential Customers.
• Handle Social Media Platforms (IG, FB) to associate the Brand Image with the services.
• Plan a monthly calendar and create Content of social media accounts @IGI DUBAI &blog gemblog.igi.org
• Write & Edit the Arabic Content of the worldwide website to enhance the company’s image towards Arab
customers within UAE and Middle East.
• Supervise the Education Department for an administrative workflow professionally performed.
• Build an effective Database, Outsource prospective Customers for the Gemology & Jewelry Design
courses, work on a monthly Email Marketing campaign, share Feedback forms for Customer experience
improvement.
• Coordinate with Education Trainers to support the Classes’ materials and Students’ inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Laboratory Team for students’ orientation and customers’ jewelry certification.
• Plan and organize Graduation Ceremonies (diploma’s production, catering, giveaways,
management speech, industry guests’ invitation, photography, social media live stream posting).
• Photo shoot session to promote the Brand services (Education & Laboratory divisions).
• Launch Ramadan Campaign on social media platforms to generate new leads and jewelry design online
consultation during the pandemic (Remote Work).
• Arrange Zoom meetings to provide online courses for customers during the pandemic (Remote Work)

• Marketing mix activities to target mass audience for corporate exposure

• Handle FB page by posting visuals of clinic’s cases, special offers and doctor’s interviews

•Press releases distribution, PR monitoring, Press clippings for monthly reports about Ads & Statements of clients & competitors.
•Dealing with the Printing Press & Production house by managing the production of marketing materials (Flyers, Brochures, Annual reports, Company profiles, Booklets, Stationeries, Booth stands, Signage, Flash, Gift Items)
•Dealing with all aspects of an AD campaign (from creative/design artwork, ATL & BTL advertising techniques).
•Assisting in exhibitions / event management (providing all necessary equipment for the Location, Gift items/shields production, Photography)
•Maintaining a regular customer database & reports to assess the progress of activities and of answering their needs.

• Evaluate the comparative results of advertising campaigns to determine the most effective strategy for each Branch.
• Execute new branch openings with top management coordination.
• Develop new APP & Website with a booking system with an IT agency support.
• Event Management: Facilitate & organize events, attend & sponsor exhibitions.
• Build and sustain relationship with external vendors for Cross Selling & Co-Branding projects.
• Coordinate with Operation’s, supervise creations & implementation of graphics, productions at all branches timely and effectively.
