- Works and confers with the Project Director/Manager, Project Coordinator and Team Leaders (Engineers & Architect) as required.
- Receives and screens incoming calls for the Project, taking messages and transferring calls.
- Drafting letters and performs data entry required by the Project Director & Project Coordinator.
- Coordinates with various departments for ad-hoc projects or requirements and ensures that the deliverables of all the projects from the concept design stage up to the construction stage are made available on time.
- Coordinates with various internal and external parties for any communication to be disseminated.
- Coordinates with the Site Team on design related issues of the project and liaises with the design team to ensure progress of the projects.
- Prepares presentation materials and documents (e.g. charts, etc.)
- Maintains systematic and proper filing of documents for easy access.
- Safekeeping of drawings reports and other important documents related to the project without any damage or deterioration with easy trace ability.
- Performs any other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Performing equal parts of database management, administrative support and quality assurance tasks
- Provides an organized exchange of documents with the production team, Project Officer & the client.
- Send, receive & track documents
- Checks for accuracy and records data about the documents and their storage. Depending on the requirement of the client.
- Monitor deadlines, audit information, research and answer queries, create reports and contribute to project or department meetings
- Organization, adaptation or alteration of the information or data
- Retrieval, consultation or use of the information or data.
