- Leading the design process, and participate in the supervision for a 45, 000 + sqm, Family Entertainment Centre (FEC), at Doha Festival City Mall; Which is accommodating three brands founded and developed by ADabisc (Juniverse, Virtuocity, and Snow Dunes), plus Angry Birds World as Rovio are the IP owner.
- Effectively participating in all of FEC projects phases, from defining project scope and programming, contracts execution, design development, and construction with a budget of QR 450 M.
- Playing the Architectural role of the Client Rep. during the construction phase to Quality Control the execution of design, and achieve the ultimate design goals as desired.
- Acting as a member of ADabisc core team, responsible for creating and developing new Intellectual Property ideas for innovative F&B, and FEC concepts, and delivered a variant projects scale between Object Design to a Conceptual Master Planning of 1, 500, 000 sqm for a Theme Park-Conceptual Design.
- Successfully delivered a wide range of high quality products within the allocated Time/Budget including residential spaces, F&B, retail shops, and event booths, for various clients including; Qatar University, Vodafone, Ooredoo, and Total.

- Worked closely with all project disciplines through various stages, including MEP engineers, Landscape, structural and civil engineers, among multiple other consultants to achieve all project targets.
- Monitored the progress of the project schedule, while ensuring the project is functional, code compliant, aesthetically pleasing, and insured all deliverables were submitted to their respective parties on time, in high quality standards.
