Job Summary:
● Review and approval of documents on daily basis submitted by contractors thru Macprojects system such as (Inspection and Test Plan, Checklists, Method statements, GA Drawings, Quality Control Procedures, etc.)
● Daily review of quality report, test report, quality dossier and mechanical completion books submitted by contractors/sub-contractors.
● Attended all critical construction, pre-commissioning conferences with general contractors, subcontractors, and manufacturer's representatives.
● Attend MC Walkdown and perform punch listing at each sub-system package.
● Perform quality audit/surveillance for all mechanical activities performed by contractors and sub-contractors.
● Witness all mechanical pre-commissioning activities such as; air blowing, steam blowing, water flushing, lube oil flushing, mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning, operational tightness test, drying and final reinstatement of piping system, chemical and catalyst loading and Mechanical run-in Test (MRT) of various rotating equipment’s i.e. pumps, compressors, air blowers, air coolers, etc.
● Monitor preservation of all static and rotating equipment up to the completion of EPC project.
● Implement project quality plan for all contractors and sub-contractors.
● Analyzes and describes specific resolution for any site issues found in EPC Project.

Selected Accomplishments:
● Successfully Completed all mechanical equipment’s installation for various units in Al-Zour Refinery.
● Assisted in the Pre-commissioning of all various mechanical equipment’s in Al-Zour Refinery.

Job Summary:
● Prepare and review of Documents (Inspection and Test Plan, Checklists, Method statements, Procedures, WPSs and PQRs, inspection reports, etc.) and approval as per applicable standards.
● PQR Witness as per PWPS and monitoring the variables.
● Witness WPQT and review the continuity record of welders.
● Coordinate with subcontractors and verifying the day-to-day activities.
● Material receiving Inspection
● NDT Selection and verification for reports and RT Films evaluation.
● Attend progress review meeting with subcontractor and client.
● Review hydro-test packages for metallic and GRP/RTR Pipes.
● Perform Tanks, Static and Rotating equipment’s inspection.
● Witness all Mechanical Pre-commissioning/Commissioning activities.

● Handled all piping installation and welding works including pressure testing for all process lines in various KNPC units.
● Handled all mechanical equipment’s in KNPC Clean Fuel Project up to commissioning stage.

● Act as Site Project Engineer for the SEC General Maintenance Project.

● Prepare mechanical quality procedures, Inspection and Test Plan for all Mechanical works.
● Review Fabrication/Erection, documents and work quality in terms specification, workmanship and other variables as indicated in the above-mentioned documents of QC standard operating procedure and Client’s specification.
● Quality surveillance, mechanical inspection, piping and welding inspection and Documentation.
● Witness all Mechanical Pre-commissioning/Commissioning activities.

Job Summary:
● Responsible in conducting testing of sample such as Axial Tensile Test (ASTM D 638), Hoop Tensile Test (ASTMD 2290), Stiffness Tensile Test (ASTM D 2412), Lost on Ignition or Destructive Test (ASTM D 2584), Glass Transition Test, Resin Viscosity (ASTM D 1824) and Gel Time (ASTM D 2471), Peak Exothermic Test.
● Conduct preliminary or on-line and final inspection of fabricated pipe to ensure adherence to standard.
● Clarifies technical aspect pertaining to Quality Assurance to Technical Manager in case of doubt.
● Operations and uses of various equipment and measuring tools such as pi-tapes, barcol impressor (ASTM D 2583), calipers micrometer, measuring tape, degree protractor, center finder, viscosity tester, weighing scale, and other gauges.
● Site inspection of GRP Pipes installation, lamination and testing.

● Inspection of locally purchased supplied materials for piping, and mechanical works.
● Monitor preservation, proper storage and handling of materials and equipment’s.
● Handle all Mechanical Equipment’s Pre-commissioning/Commissioning.

● Assist all mechanical maintenance works inside school campus.
● Monitor all mechanical materials and equipment’s including periodic inspection and repair.
● Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
● Supervise servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
● Performs corrective maintenance, monitoring, and repairs, including documentation, on assigned equipment or systems to ensure it operates in a safe, timely, effective and efficient manner.
● Performs root cause analysis as well as implement sustainable countermeasures on losses related to maintenance.

● Research, purchase, logistics and maintenance of spare parts stores area.
