• Direct Responsibility working as Project Procurement Buyer & Supply Chain Lead for Client for All Procurement and Supply Chain activities for Construction of 135, 000 m3 gas Storage Tank based at Antwerp Gas Terminal in Belgium
• Setting up and implementing cradle to grave procedures for a new EPC Project
• Procuring all Materials and Services to the value up to 150M EUR including Pipework, Scaffolding, Insulation, Valves and Site Set up. Co-creation of Vendor Lists for Approval, and creating and implementing Procurement Procedures. Creation, agreement, and implementation of Terms and Condfitions and negotiation with Sub-Contractors and Vendors. Liasion and interface with Engineering and Design and Constrction teams to extablish and identify comprehensive Scope of Work Packages to be issued to ensure accurate pricing
• Commercial Bid Evaluations of vendors, and recommendation to award
Purchasing / Contract Engineering for high value complex contracts
• POC for all parts relating to GTC and STC at the beginning of setting up contracts (pre-Law)
• Contract and Sub-Contract creation and Management of multiple PO‘s.
• To compile and issue the Request for Quotation, ensuring that all SBM requirements are met.
• To expedite the quotations / perform commercial bid clarifications
• To perform the commercial assessment of the offers.
• To prepare the (RTP) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE)
• organize pre-award / supplier kick-off meetings (KOM) when required,
• preparation of the PR and to monitor its approval,
• To prepare VOR (Change order) for existing Purchase Orders.
• Expedite PO acknowledgement, Bank guarantee / milestone payments

•Assist in subcontract / material PO placement during EPC / Commissioning / Project close out phase
•Ensure that all PO’s placed by the OPTARA Project in the name of TOTAL contain all necessary specifications, procedures, T&C’s in accordance with TOTAL and TRA purchasing rules

West Qurna I Project (Water Injection Project) - Construction of a plant which helped 6 major oil-field development projects by producing 10 -12 million barrels (1, 600, 000-1, 900, 000 m3) of water per day.
