Business Manager Functions
Developing collaborative work relationships within the team and cross-functions, including representation of team towards regional and global management.

Secondary Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Manager that includes: Managing internal and potentially external correspondence, workflows, system requests, preparation of AV materials ie. spreadsheets for meetings and presentations.
Arranging high-level customer meetings (CXO level and Ministers) for the Managing Director that includes logistics co-ordination with other team members.
Managing, controlling, and reporting activities on behalf of the Managing Director
Assists the Senior Executive Office for Business Support in administrative and secretarial requirements.
Serves as a document controller for Business Support unit which covers Procurement, Supply Chain, and Facilities and Admin departments.
Organize and arrange SEO’s weekly calendar for internal team meetings, ExComs, and External Supplier visits.
Arrange travel plan, accommodation and logistics.
Attend to note taking, dictation, transcribing Minutes of the Meetings, and general assistance during presentations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Deal with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
Perform research and present findings.
Devise and maintain office systems, including data/records management and filing.
•Assist team and Director in Sales Ops related campaigns, assessments and assistance (Pipeline health, Forecast reviews, SFDC governance, Country & Regional QBRs, Management reviews).
