• Preparing the timesheet. Vacation leave request and overtime payments.
• Preparing purchase requests daily for the culinary operations and production using Adaco system.
• Assisting of all outlets to arrange all the equipments needs for the upcoming functions.
• Ensure all the stewarding associate’s medical and files is up to date.
• Ensure all dishwasher temperature records completed as per this document's requirements.
• Conduct of quarterly inventory of all kitchen and stewarding equipment.
• Conduct training for the appropriate use of all stewarding chemicals.
• Follow up the entire kitchen maintenance request to maintain the good condition of all kitchen equipment for the daily operation.
• Prepare the duty roaster and schedule for the day to day operation.
