Coordinate with government agencies and specialized companies to provide utilities such as electricity and water networks and construction of the projects according to the approved plans and contracts.
Assess the targeted sites for rental by the institution, follow-up to the renewal of leased land leases and monitor and follow up the collection of rents on time locations.
Follow-up rental units for collective housing and renewal of leases on a regular basis.
preparation of periodic reports to the conduct of private facilities to work in new construction projects.
Working as a property expert gives win win situation to customer.
Understand their requirement properly and suggest them the options which are available in the market (As per Market analysis).
Make appointment with them for the site visit. Take them for site visit multiple properties.
Do the face to face meetings before customer come for site visit if required.
Discuss about all the projects which suggested.
Create excellent presentation for every customer about the projects.
Give such a powerful presentation or use great convincing skills that customer should give a booking cheque at the time of site visit.
Work as a developer's manager and do all the Negotiation and closed the deal.
Maintain good relationship with the existing clients and try to get maximum reference from them.
Make good relationship with developers or developer's representative.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
