➢ Reconciles and records Accounts Receivable activity from multiple systems
➢ Organizes the posting of journal entries and fixed asset activity to the general ledger
➢ Oversees all petty cash and bank transactions and reconciling of monthly bank statements
➢ Reviews monthly trial balance of the general ledger
➢ Assists in the preparation of operating reports and financial statements in an accurate and timely manner.
➢ Processes monthly claims for employee medical in-house group coverage
➢ Assists the Accounting Manager and CFO with projects, new processes, and process improvements
