• Support preparation of annual budgets for both operating expenses and capital expenditure.
• Help with analysis to support calculation of revenue target based on management strategy and operations commitment.
• Prepare financial data (such as budget and income statement forecasts) to support variance analysis.
• Analyse past, future and comparative performance and preparation and prepare forecasts.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Support JFM/FM to recommend long term and strategic decision making based on finance data.
• Prepare and put together all inputs of base data for planning and budgeting and fully support the budget process till management approval and sign off.
• Month end closing of general ledger.
• Expense allocations for proper recording of expenses in right department, cost centres, business unit.
• Performs calculation of depreciation of asset.
• Create journal entries for amortisation of prepaid expenses and reclassification.
• Responsible for WFC updates, comparison to actuals and related analysis.
• Prepare and maintain updated schedules for providing to Auditors and management as required.
• PO checking.
• Support in software checking and reporting issues, whenever required.

• Prepares Monthly Reports for Expense Budget Profitability Report (Budget vs Actual).
• Prepares monthly P/L analysis of budget vs actual for Operating Expense.
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of Annual/Quarterly Budget of various departments and Mitsubishi in total by preparing the following reports:
• Prepares and consolidates budgets of Operating Expenses of various departments.
• VME/FMI and FTE (headcount) reports in Managerial package.
• Prepares monthly adjusting entries for correct classification of accounts.
• Process Ringi, Purchase Request, and Purchase Order and checks if in line with department’s budget.
• Conducts monthly meeting on Operating Expense with various department heads to discuss the variances of Actuals vs Budgets.

Job role for 1yr:
• Prepares Monthly Management Committee Report to be presented to Top Executives.
• Responsible for the consolidation of Key Performance Indicators of different departments for the variance analysis of attained and non-attained KPI’s (such is being reported to the Executive Committee).
• Analyze profitability and liquidity ratio of the company (e.g. Operating Profit Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt-to-Asset ratio, Debt-to-Equity ratio, etc).
• Analyze and benchmark Competitor’s Financial Statements (Automotive Companies - Manufacturing and Distributors) by looking at the Sales Volume trends as well as Expense Ratio Trends.
• Participates in the research on Electric Vehicles, its profitability and marketability in the Philippines. Also, research on the probable marketing techniques that can be used to promote Electric Vehicles in the Philippines, such as referring to the EV advantages being implemented in China and Europe.
• Update reports on the Cost Savings of synergy of Common Motorpool between MMPC and NPI.

• Responsible for the preparation of Complete set of Financial Statements (e.g. Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Profit & Loss and Cash Flows).
• Prepares monthly Tax Returns (e.g. Expanded Withholding Tax, Monthly/Quarterly Value Added Tax Return, Annual/Quarterly Income Tax Return)
• Overall in-charge with the posting of entries to the General Ledger (e.g. Petty Cash Replenishment, Sales Adjustment, Accruals of Expenses, Correcting prior period errors)
• Prepares Profitability Schedules to be presented to the Top Management, classified as per region, per boutique and per clothing line category.
• Reconciliation of Expense Accounts to ensure timely FS reporting and Tax declarations.

• Managing Self-Managed Superannuation Fund through Class Super Platform.
• Responsible for the preparation of Self-Managed Superannuation Fund accounts, annual tax returns and financial statements
• Coordinates with PWC Australia engagement team for the SMSF’s financial statements
