DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all the QS/Costing activities in the project including design cost estimates, pre-tender estimates, tender preparation, and tender analysis.
• Developed a simple analytical take-off sheet.
• Read, study and verify engineering take-offs to ensure an accurate count of required materials.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepared interim payments and payment certificate for clients and subcontractors, issued under contract price and payment.
• Prepared reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents
• Collaborate with all departments to prioritize important clients or minimum deadline submissions.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Pre-Tendering & Post Tendering)

• Taking off Quantities, BOQ preparation and preliminary cost estimates.
• Preparing material take-off especially in Partition & wall finishes, Ceiling finishes, Floor finishes, Joinery works, Doors and loose furniture.
• Provided technical support to the team to make estimations that are more accurate.
• Prepared a list of submittals and requirements for the Technical Offer of the Tender under Study.
• Presented the Bid Proposal to the Top Management and await the Final Agreed Bid and Offered Amount to the Client.
• Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents.
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Prepared payment certificate issued under contract price and payment.
• Prepared Variation Works in accordance with the change in the situation on the sites.
• Prepared Shop Drawings (Civil works and Architectural Works) in accordance with the procedures and standards in the general condition.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepared tender documents, including BOQ in accordance with the scope of works and specifications.
• Prepared the comparison sheets for subcontractor/supply packages.
• Providing technical support, assisting the Project Manager in establishing a client’s requirements.
• Review estimates for ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with a defined scope of work.
• Assisted sales in securing business by developing accurate, timely and professional estimates.
• Responded and addressed RFQs by utilizing resources available (i.e. internal databases, consulting with process engineers department leads), and applying to estimating procedure.
• Prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor inspection equipment, as well as record and analyze quantity data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Project Manager, for office and site works.
• Visited project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers.
• Analyzing the data for determining its effect on various factors like site location, machinery requirements, specialized materials, on-field labors, etc.
• Check materials used during road construction and oversee the contractor’s work to make sure each road meets its established specifications.

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Prepared Variation Works in accordance with the changes in the situation on the sites.
• Value completed work and arrange payments;
• Coordinate with procurement office for pre-tender and post-tender materials requirements.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and state sanitation standards.
• Prepared PERT-CPM including S-Curve, Bar Chart, Manpower, and Equipment Schedule.
• Estimate quantities and cost materials to determine project feasibility.
