• Responsible for all digital communications including social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Tripadvisor), website content, online campaigns, EDMs and third party branding activities

• Monitoring trends in social media monitoring tools, applications, channels and design

• Analysing past and present campaigns and translate data into recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and sales revenue

• Ensure social media has a presence across all marketing and operational functions

• Managing relationships with social media influencers and bloggers - domestic and international.

My duties here include:

• Management of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram). Creating, developing and implementing social strategy and content. Handling customer queries and managing Facebook and LinkedIn advertising

Namely, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Tumblr and YouTube. Managing social media campaigns and Facebook advertising to encourage member interaction e.g. arrange competitions, set up polls. Liaising with SEO agency to discuss search engine optimisation of social channels. Adding/removing details of local/national events on all garden centre microsites and online ticketing system. I also provided technical support for users of the online ticketing system.
