• Responsible for all digital communications including social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Tripadvisor), website content, online campaigns, EDMs and third party branding activities
• Developing annual digital and social media marketing strategies for all target markets
• Managing social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including the creation of content on Ferrari World Abu Dhabi’s social media channels
• Design, create and manage online promotions and social advertising campaigns
• Monitoring trends in social media monitoring tools, applications, channels and design
• Analysing past and present campaigns and translate data into recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and sales revenue
• Ensure social media has a presence across all marketing and operational functions
• Managing relationships with social media influencers and bloggers - domestic and international.
My duties here include:
• Management of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram). Creating, developing and implementing social strategy and content. Handling customer queries and managing Facebook and LinkedIn advertising
• Responsible for editing and updating all website content, from copy to web banners
• Organising creative artworks for sales and aftersales campaigns with marketing agencies - digital and print marketing (Volkswagen, ŠKODA Local Marketing and others)
• Responsible for updating Citygate’s internal communications system for all staff members
• Weekly reporting of Google Analytics to the group marketing manager
• Managing Citygate’s Kerridge database cleansing team and training new aftersales members of staff on the database company policy
• Responsible for updating the marketing spend for each quarter per dealership
• A point of help internally and externally for all marketing enquiries.
My duties here included: managing the Gardening Club's social media websites - posting, sharing, engaging, liking, and increasing social reach. Namely, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Tumblr and YouTube. Managing social media campaigns and Facebook advertising to encourage member interaction e.g. arrange competitions, set up polls. Liaising with SEO agency to discuss search engine optimisation of social channels. Adding/removing details of local/national events on all garden centre microsites and online ticketing system. I also provided technical support for users of the online ticketing system.
Yecco is an upcoming telecare innovation. A social network for families and communities, providing tools & aids to make caring easier for the disabled and elderly. My duties here included: managing Yecco’s Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Weibo and GooglePlus. Whilst managing these social media sites, I partially attend to PA work for Yecco’s Founder & CEO and assisted with event coordination.
