- Plan and implement a full marketing and communications strategy for a company who had previously not engaged in organised marketing activity
- Develop a team to cover design, digital, research, events and PR
- Work with newly appointed Research Manager to construct a content delivery program for 2016 including quarterly reports for the residential and commercial sector, as well as monthly area reports utilising property transaction data stored in the Property Monitor product
- Run campaigns on email, LinkedIn, through media partners and online sites
- Liaise with external agency to construct a full website with CMS and ongoing management/updates
- Develop and deliver a digital marketing plan, including SEO, keywords and Google Advertising with monthly reporting using Google Analytics
- Develop a secondary website for Property Monitor with its own digital strategy and execute this too
- Develop a property industry specific white collar boxing event, hosted at JW Marriott and accountable for all aspects of the event planning - securing competitors, securing sponsors, designing collateral, booking AV suppliers and security. The 2015 event secured an attendance of nearly 500 industry guests and saw 8 white collar fights and 2 professional. Planning is already underway for an event in November 2016
- Organise 6 Breakfast Briefings per annum based on quarterly reports, 2 of which hosted in Abu Dhabi, including presentations about our findings and a panel discussion with invited industry guests
- Source and implement a CRM system for all departments, currently engaged in data cleaning and adding this to the system before rolling out individual training to the 20 users
- Allocate spending and resources, accountable for raising PO’s and managing department P&L - annual budget of up to 2 million dirhams
