Achievements: I was invited to attend the IMA Management Summit after meeting consecutive targets each month in South Africa, Cape Town and for my contribution to the office. I was asked to attend as a Sales Consultant and was promoted to Sales Manager during the summit. My role was to lead the team in the office starting with one SC on October 1st. Responsibilities include SC development, team targets, personal targets, attending upper management seminars & meeting, responsible for office development & hiring processes.
