Heading up project co-ordinator team to deliver launch exhibition, Global AI Summit for Saudi Data & Artificial intelligence authority

Due to postponement of event, I was part of the relaunch team, working directly with government to reposition event

Built an ‘Ambassadors club’ by researching & recruiting industry experts to promote the show
Personally delivered over 60% of the direct revenue - $400k+ of a $700k direct target through key account direction

Responsible for all conception & execution of all creative content & features at the show, including sourcing industry experts to create a four-day seminar programme
Doubled event revenue in 3 years, delivering over $2 million in revenue on the 3rd edition & 30% profit. Achieved through rebranding, repositioning & relaunching the exhibition from personal industry research
Full P&L responsibilities, setting targets and budgets, reporting into group weekly and monthly, including forecasting & ensuring op’s and marketing stayed on budget
Identified key stakeholders in the industry that didn’t attend, brought them on board as ambassadors or speakers
Partnered with a MICE organisation, bringing a delegation of retail experts from the U.S to the show
Directly managed sales team of two including all motivational & on the job training, KPI setting and HR responsibilities
Researched, employed, managed & supported international agent network of 20+, driving them to deliver $1 million
Fostered relationships & negotiations with key suppliers, partners, senior associations, stakeholders & built a steering committee
Set all sales plans, sales & marketing strategies
