• Providing support to HR & Admin Manager in handling various HR & Administration issues and activities.
• Responsible for providing support to the HR Manager by coordinating human resource activities including employment and employee relations, providing assistance and follow up on company policy, procedures and documentation and coordinating the resolution of specific policy related and procedural problems and inquiries.
• Preparing all visa and labour related matters such as application of new, renewal and cancellation.
• Coordinates with the head of department of all the branches, including GCC branches for all HR & Administration related matters
• Preparing HR & Admin monthly report and presentation.
• Prepare correspondence and various letters related to HR & Admin, English and Arabic letters.
• Provide support for internal and external audits, including ISO certifications
• Responsible for Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
• Prepare payroll and ensure that computing of salaries, overtime benefits, final settlement and deductions are processed accurately according to labour law.
• Prepare gratuity and/or final settlement of an employee who will leave the company as per UAE Labour Law
• Handling employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedure
• Gathers, summarizes and analyzes a variety of information and uses this information to make recommendations with significant impact on employees.
• Monitoring contract and insurance of all the buildings, vehicles and machines.
• Reviews and analyzes files and documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Monitoring staffs to ensures that all the tasks are done properly and meet deadlines.
• Prepare HR Memos & Action Forms, such as new appointment (offer of employment), approved changes in employees status, e.g. promotion, transfer, salary revision, acceptance of resignation, Certificate of Employment, Warning Letter, Termination Letter.
• Maintaining and keeping employees time-in, time-out, absences and leave.
• Prepare various letter to bank such as opening of salary account and salary transfer letter.
