1. Manage and maintain the Retail credit portfolio. 2. Prepare credit proposals to recommend to the credit committee and review credit applications by analyzing associated documents according to credit policies and procedures and in-line with respective product -programs. 3. Monitor the OD retail accounts and prepare a daily report on the updates. 4. Follow up incoming salary transfers for retail clients and reserve monthly installments. 5. Preparing a monthly loan data base report including all portfolio details and submit it to product head at NBK Dubai. 6. Prepare and submit reports on monthly basis (CBJ, MIS, IFRS9, Credit Cards renewals, early settled facilities... etc.). 7. Monthly review and check of the applied interest rates for the retail portfolio and submit proposed amended rates for the credit committee. 8. Follow up on collections of the overdue accounts and call customers to settle their accounts for loans and cards on daily basis. 9. Prepare memos for any amendments, decrease/increase on loans, top-up or change payment of credit card limit requests. 10. Follow up with the Legal counselors on all the legal cases on monthly basis and submit a monthly report for risk management related to all watch list accounts. 11. Prepare all loans and cards contracts and documentation. 12. Evaluations of new properties and annual re-evaluations of properties related to retail customers. 13. Annual review of all the “retail credit product” policies in addition to market scans for the retail products provided by other local banks. 14. 9- Retesting programs after the introduction of changes to the code to see if they resulted in any errors in the unchanged code.
10- Testing the system to establish its limits or its maximum sustainable load "stress testing".
11- Testing the function over time, to establish the performance of an application under various loads and conditions.
12- Testing the stability of the system against unauthorized access and willful damage.
13- Testing the application under conditions of disaster and assessing the back-up and recovery needs.
