Working directly with the Municipality for Parks and Landscaping in Riyadh this project covers the physical aspects, maintenance and beautification of all the city’s parks, public areas, children’s playgrounds, water features, street and road landscapes, highways and squares. This includes the irrigation systems, wells, pumps, lighting and the physical assets on all Municipality properties.

The objective is to build a data base of all the assets, and develop a program to maintain it with better inspection procedures and training to improve the actual maintenance techniques and skills. Which includes better knowledge, state of the art tools, GIS map integrated inspection reporting system which tracks the inspection and the inspector and the follow through and ongoing education and training.

Incorporating better specifications and details, increasing the knowledge base and improving skills and equipment the results will be to improve the quality of life in Riyadh, better parks, gardens, cleaner and more beautiful streets and roads.
Responsibility and Duties:
1. 1. Coordinate all services and resources of the project construction and renovation projects and or programs to include preparing and or evaluating proposed designs, along with developing performance specifications and assisting in the supervision and monitoring of project activities.
