Knowledge in Training, Staff Development and Evaluation
Strong Knowledge in Food safety and Store auditing

• Ensure the quality, consistency, training, and customer satisfaction
• Responsible on training, coaching staff and conduct performance feedback
• Drive store team to achieve monthly KPIs(Sales, Customer satisfaction)
• Manage shift schedules and daily task assignments
• Overseeing daily operation
• Maintain attendance sheets, shift records and petty cash report
• Ensure proper documentation for inventory movement
• Ensure store ambiance aligns with brand standards
