- Establish new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers
- Record and maintain computerized customer database
- Manage and maintain ‘Key Accounts’
- Provide after-sales support services, on-site technical assistance and product education to customers, if required
- Provide details on upgrades/ new collections/ enhancements of existing products to customers.
- Direct queries. Handle customer complaints pertaining to product and keep a record of same.

- Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
• Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.
• Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Review and update credit and loan files.
• Assisting in the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy
• Establishing and maintaining account relationships to meet targets
• Regularly visiting company and prospective clients to understand and identify their needs and establish long-term relationships.
