RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and approval/rejection of design, shop, red line, as-built drawings, CN, MS for track and foundation slabs, PT works, roads and utility, repair works, VSoL panels, multitubular power ducts, viaducts and bridges as per ES 1337/AASHTO LRFD in compliance with project specification requirements. Experience includes RSI and superstructure analysis on different stresses, displacements and rotation capacity based on UIC 774-3 standards.
• Review of Asset Management Principles: Viaduct Training Support, O + M Manual (Maintenance) System for Dubai Tram and Metro Project.
• Experience in Team leading roles with a team of multi-disciplinary inspectors.
• Prepare project progress reports for employer and other stakeholders on bi-weekly/monthly basis using Primavera/Project
• Taking Minutes from weekly meetings and orienting technical/design issues with the contractor.
• Prepare and submit QSO for contractor’s negligence and; review and close NCR based on appropriate corrective action and/or remedial plan proposed.
• Assist in conducting material inspections (ASTM standards) and external audits as required
• Assist in preparation of BoQ for road network, viaducts (pocket track, single track) and soil walls.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Project Risk Register.
• Project collaboration & online project management system -Aconex, to integrate, manage and communicate with employer and contractor through letters, internal momentums and other general correspondence.
• Inspection of personnel’s to adhere with project health, safety and Quality measures and policies.
• Monitoring Sub contractors to ensue guidelines/ project specifications are respected and objectives are met.
