- Follow up the quality of supplied raw material, products and optimize the production Process to fit quality parameters target
- Carry out all necessary tests and initiate corrective actions if any quality variation reported
- Research and develop formulations, raw materials performance, quality procedures
- Elaborate appropriate quality records for long term documentation
Supervise all lab activities, technicians, procedures, reports, tests, and
Products certification
- Operation and verification of lab equipment’s and calibrate as per annual schedule
- Coordinate with sales department as to improve the products to meet customers’ satisfaction
- Investigate and analyze customers complaints if any to maintain and clarify
- Report quality status to the respective managers
Control variety of readymade and ongoing products (Concrete admixtures, Water proof Agents, sealants, Plasters, tiles adhesive, tiles grout, grouts, Dry Mix concrete for special use, Epoxy flooring system and coating.
Control of received raw materials as per designed procedures
Rectify the variation in quality if any as per necessary recipes modifications
Verify equipment’s validity and ensure reliability
Report to the respective manager
Chemical, physical and instrumental analysis of raw, in- process, semi/finished materials of cement manufacturing
Preparations of solutions, standard solutions, Distilled and Demineralized water.
Standardization of solutions used in testing.
Calibration of equipment used in testing.
Operation, calibrations and testing of Samples by XRD-XRF and GAMMAMETRIC (CB OMNI)
Monitoring sampling, preparation and preservation.
Controlling of raw material blending piles successive stacking.
Raw mix control in shift (auto/manual) as per desired quality.
Maintaining consistency and least possible quality variations in raw mix and Cement at grinding stage.
Housekeeping of laboratories and quality control functional area.
Control function of sample boy.
Reporting of hourly/ bi- hourly test results of in-process materials To CCR for effective control of product.
Record data/ keeping of test, calibrations, standardizations and equipment.
Respect safety and environmental rules and regulations in order to achieve zero accident target of The company
Keep quality control supervisor and manager informed about quality results and deviations if any.
