• Placing sales work plans for the Supply Dept.
• Paying visits to target International Organizations and NGO's to make presentations about DHL work in general and Supply Department's in particular, to list DHL Global Forwarding as registered vendor for tenders.
• Participating in bids pertaining to Aid and Relief announced by International Organizations and NGO's.
• Analyzing the bids and their relevant contracts.
• Managing bids preparation process.
• Managing projects of bids execution upon winning.

• Handling vertical-horizontal and internal-external coordination with all the involved parties of the projects.
• Solving problems that may occur during the project's execution.
• Providing weekly reports to the upper management.
• Managing warehouses stock upon the completion of the project in coordination with warehouse managers.
• Take part in the recruitment of staff members along with the Managing Director.
• Allocate staff responsibilities for efficient and effective implementation of the operational plan.
• Supervise, guide and appraise the performance of the staff.
• Ensure that the expenditure is incurred within the limits of the allowed budget.
• Ensure all statutory requirements by law applicable to the branch are met appropriately.
• Timely submission of various periodical reports for the processes taking place to the HQ.
Main Buyer (brands management and retail of international brands for Luxury Fashion wear, Sportswear, Travel Goods, Watches, Jewellery, Toys, FMCG) for 7 sites/shops.
Responsibilities:
•Co-management of the aforementioned departments'
imported luxury brands like C.Dior, Givenchy, Cerruti, Lanvin, Nina Ricci, Texier, Moreschi, Guess, Camel Active, Verona, Chanel, Bulgari, Prada, Armani, Versace, D&G, Vogue,
Oakly, Nike, Reebok, Puma, Kipling, Rolex, Rovina, Longines, Raymond
Weil, Swatch, Swarovski..
•Prepare & analyze periodical market studies&researches related to determining & ensuring the best product&services to the target
customers, brand market share & market trends
•Build my own product-mix category in terms of: Brands, product assortment and introduce new products &categories & propose 1st order per store per location, also;setting the final price of products
•Negotiate commercial deals with int'l
suppliers in terms of cost price, discounts, marketing
allowances, promotional events & offers, payment terms & conditions, delivery terms, rentals&promotion schedule
•Forecast sales and suggest appropriate demand recognizing possible weaknesses & opportunities&adjusting sales targets accordingly & placing orders to avoid out of stock problems
•Building and ensuring that brand equity is maintained through clients' satisfaction (the suppliers' & the customers')
•Monitor&follow up sales targets on weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis in order to discuss&support the sales team in the necessary areas in order to achieve targets
•High involvement with Sales Representatives thru directing(in liaison with Shop Managers), providing
product knowledge by organizing suitable training
sessions in coordination with the related companies
•Provide written quarterly & annual reports on department's activities to the Commercial Director in
order to continually discuss&improve the direction of the dept
•Travel abroad to place orders for new collections
per seasons (i.e. Cyprus, UAE and Lebanon).
•Attend int'l trades and fairs
•Attend training sessions related to the products
•Evaluate new staff & cooperate with them to be qualified for the right position
