Following tasks were assigned to me:
- Production of architectural shop drawings for approval & preparation of Drawings submittals log.
- RFI correspondence
- Preparation of material submittals log each material according to its reference number in BOQ and specs booklit.
- Daily visits to the construction site:
 to monitor the efficiency of the crew .
 to evaluate the performance of subcontractors like Gypsum board installation, electrical installations.
 Prepare all what it takes for the mock up room to receive approval from the consultant, owner and head architect.
- Preparation of activity log: an excel sheet providing an insight of progress for every finishing activity of every room in the project.
- Receiving drawings from metal suppliers and subcontractors (aluminum cladding, steel works and curtain walls) and revise them to pass them for approval to the consultant.
- Receiving drawings from wood suppliers and subcontractors (wood cladding, wooden doors)and revise them to pass them for approval to the consultant.
- Coordinate with ironmongery supplier to match metal and wooden doors requirements.

Regular visits to site to check on the work progress along with the project manager, assure that all electrical and mechanical installations meet the quality required by the head office.
