Project Management Unit under Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation

• In collaboration with PMU leadership and MOPIC, monitor metrics that illustrate the impact of the PMU’s work.
• Assist in the collection of data on the progress made against the Jordan Compact goals and objectives, particularly the World Bank Program indicators and other donor required metrics and commitments.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of metrics to PMU leadership and MOPIC, flagging any possible delays in planned activities.
• Support communication with DFID, USAID, and other donors providing funds to the PMU regarding operations, progress on activities, metrics, and other issues to ensure success (including regular weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or ad hoc updates).
• Support the implementation of the PMU’s communications strategy, as well as ad hoc requests for communications support from MOPIC (drafting talking points, speeches, press releases, etc.).
• Write and edit success stories, reports, news articles, educational pieces and other communication materials for dissemination across a broad range of channels.
• Draft responses to donor inquiries in collaboration with PMU and MOPIC leadership ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
• Provide Arabic language support, including translation (Arabic to English, English to Arabic) as needed.
• Other tasks required in support of monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and communications.
