Generate Monthly trial balance and prepare Profit and loss statement and Statement of
Financial position along with necessary schedules as required by the Internal Audit and
Statuary Audit.
Support in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements Monthly/
quarterly/ annually.
Generate and distribute account management reports on a monthly basis.
Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
Record information such as accrual, deferral and reclass into the company's accounting
ledger monthly.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices,
statements, etc.
Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial
information.
Reconcile accounts with the general ledger. ensure that all entries are accurate and that
transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government
regulations.
Prepare journal entries relating to amortizations, depreciation, accruals, and a variety of
other information.
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
Assist on VAT Return submission and entries.
Perform Month-end closing duties such as Bank Reconciliations.
Auditing Company Accounts and Financial Control Systems.)
