- Provides physical protection and accompany GE travelers during their visits in high risk areas.
- Liaise between GE travelers and vendors for proper travel and logistics arrangement in KSA, Bahrain and
Kuwait.
- Ensure vehicle and staff movements are monitored with necessary security equipment such as cameras,
CCTV and card readers and resolving errors in security system.
- Conduct regular physical security reviews and security risk assessments to identify security needs in sites
in the region and ensure the proposed security requirements are implemented in line with the security
standards.
- Provide monthly security report containing latest security updates in KSA, Bahrain and Kuwait.
- Immediately report all breaches of security and incidents into the system and conduct security
investigations when required.
- Conducting security awareness and crisis management training to all site security leaders.
- Supervising security guards and provide training and development.
- Maintain employee files: payrolls, time sheets, performance reports and duties.
- Participating in posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conduct interviews and provide orientation to new
employees.
- An Executive assistant to the regional security director.

Follow up computers status and the installation of software.
- Diagnose computers and software and perform maintenance as required.
- Following-up wired and wireless networks as well as internet connection.
- Prepare periodic reports about work progress.
- Prepare inventory list for computers, printers, and projectors in the

- Conduct periodic maintenance of all college labs.
- Perform repairs and installation of spare parts required
