IDevelops and implements the complete HR portfolio in the region (compliance, payroll, legal issues)
Acts as the strategic partner in all operative and strategic HR topics.
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. Hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing.
- Develops and implements new HR products and services.
- Leads all operations in terms of HR administration and payroll management.

- Expertly Managed leavers processes, end-of-probation reviews, changes to appointments and termination of fixed-term contracts in a timely manner, keeping relevant staff informed of changes.
- Iqama transfer request acceptance, documentation of electronic contracts.
- Streamlined HR efficiencies, coordinating new hire orientations and providing onboarding training for new employees.
- Maintained compliance with all labor laws, as well as established organizational standards.
- Motivate Employees to maximize team efficiency.
- Adding/Removing contributors and issuance of Saudization certificate by GOSI.
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities. Coordinate teachers meetings, training, surveys.
