Support transfer pricing policies by preparing Master files, Local Files and Country by Country reporting templates, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Assist businesses with the practical implementation of transfer pricing models.
Exploring the impact of tax rule changes both domestically and internationally, as with the OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) action plan.
I’m also involved in the Business development where I research and identify new business opportunities.

My work as an Auditor involved the following:
Performs audit and analytical procedures for all balance sheet and income statement accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accounts payable, debt, income and expenses, as well as making any necessary adjusting journal entries.
Preparation of financial statements, including audit opinions, notes to the financial statements.

I worked as an Accountant using SAP system for Real estate department.
I was also involved in financial analysis related projects where I used excel modeling, analytical skills and research to predict the cashflows and profitability of the projects.

Apart from Special Assignments. My routine work included:
Preparation of Tax/ Zakat returns for Foreign, mix, and Saudi Companies. Preparation of Monthly withholding tax returns.

Dealing with The General Authority of Zakat and tax (GAZT) queries, Zakat/Tax assessments to companies.
Responsible for filing appeals against GAZT's assessments.
Providing Advices to the companies regarding different Tax /Zakat matters from Saudi tax perspective.
Advise on Local country corporate income tax, Zakat and withholding tax compliance.
Carrying out Tax audits to ensure dis-allowances as per Law gets reported in the tax return; Carrying out the necessary research work and responding to clients on various tax related issues; Attending to client queries, delegating and reviewing work to be performed, and
providing managers with technically correct and well-drafted opinions for final review; Supervising the administration of tax compliance work to ensure accurate and timely delivery to the tax authority;
Responding to the tax queries raised by the tax authorities on behalf of the clients;
Identifying the possible exposures to tax in Saudi and recommending ways to modify and / or restructure agreements so that the resulting tax incidence is minimized;
International tax services;
Advising clients to save tax by analyzing the tax treaties
