Working as Manager PMO where I developed methodologies, processes, governance, surveys, gave wareness and support ... etc.
Managing some projects:
1- Managed the Training of 7000 Health Diploma Students (both male and female) in 40 locations at KSA
2- Managed the retendering of 31 colleges.
3- Managed the Policies and procedures implementation at CoE.
4- Managed EPM System implementation
Establishing and operating the Program Management Office at Colleges of Excellence.
Center of Excellence of all programs/ projects internal assets.

Improving the processes of the department.
1. Supervised IT projects team at NGHA IT tPMO, and supported the Director and all IT Departments at all NGHA regions kingdom wide.
2. Became a member in IT Projects Committee to establish the tPMO; including gap analysis, department plan, templates, processes, policies and procedures, and project approval.
3. Handled all ISID projects, (i.e Requests, SOWs, RFPs, Technical Evaluations, tenders, contracts, payments to vendors, projects progress and IT Systems support renewal).
4. Worked with all IT depts to generate the yearly ISID achievement report.
5. Prepared IT Capital Equipment and Operational budgeting yearly, and managed the budget.
1. Established, recruited and supervised IT projects team, and worked with the Director of the IT Planning & Projects Management and all IT Departments at all NGHA regions kingdom wide to improve the IT Projects processes.
2. Handled all projects, i.e requisitions, SOWs, RFPs, contracts, payments to vendors and renewals of Systems support.
3. Worked as a project coordinator for NGHA backend hardware and systems software support, which includes maintenance, manpower, and training in all NGHA main hospitals in all regions (Riyadh, Jeddah, Hassa and Dammam).
4. Prepared and executed the yearly Training Plan for all IT staff, and managed the internships, Summer Trainees at IT Department; i.e. screening, scheduling, and evaluating the trainees.
5. Worked with all IT departments to generate the yearly ISID achievement report.
6. Prepared IT projects budgeting (Operational and Capital Equipment) yearly.
1. During ISO 20000 and 27000 implementation, appointed as the Process Manager of Supplier Management, Financial Management, and Personnel Management.
2. Maintained an up-to-date projects’ status list and project files.
3. Automated tasks through SharePoint & automated Employees’ files.
Worked for five departments efficiently, and handled the routine secretarial work including, incoming & Outgoing, filing system, communication, .etc, and compiled essential reports.
A one-year project to interview patients with Genetic or birth defect (or their families) at pediatric clinics to collect information about them and register them in National Genetic & Birth Defects Registry, then, entered data into database. Made the required statistics at the end of the period. Also, educate the team about the Genetic Diseases.
