Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the following reports:
• Saudization and Training Plan
• Monthly Saudization Report.
• Timesheet Report.
• Daily Roster.
• Organization Chart
- Set a strategy for meeting the required level of Saudization.
- Updating and following up with the Hiring Plan Report.
- Collect CVs.

HR Operations specialist (Tmheer), Samara Land Transportation Services Company Responsibilities:
- Updating and following up with reports:
•Exit interview report. •Investigation report.
•Deduction / Warning Letter report.
- issue a Salary Statement letter.
- Get files approval from the Chamber of Commerce.
- Member of the investigation team and my duty was to write:
•Investigation record.
•Internal Memo.
•Translate the investigation questions for the employee.
- Provide the employee with : •Experience Certificate. •Clearance Letter.
•End of Contract Letter. •Termination of Services Letter.
- Adding and managing the new employees’ files in the Share Folders and archives. - Audit the employee file to make sure all the required documents are included.
HR Recruiter / Onboarding (Tamheer) Samara Land Transport Services Company Responsibilities:
- Conduct Phone interviews with potential candidates.
- Issue job offers for candidates.
- Prepare contracts for new joiners.
- add the new joiner to the Medical Insurance.
- Issue ID cards for new joiners.
- Create an ID number for the new joiner on the system (Oracle).

Responsibilities :

• Translating documents. \[ Fines docs - Technical performance reports - Bids examination minutes - Administrative Statements - letters \]

• Translating 1 Chapter of a medical book.

• Translating 31 booklets.
