● Identify current & future hiring needs & filling jobs openings, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, through data base & social networking, conducting interviews within consistent timeline & guide the candidate the process (Customer experience).
● Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through relationship management & pro-active market research
● Collaborating & partner with department hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing & ability to anticipate hiring manager's preferences through high offer to interview ratios.
● Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations
