delivering the service to the tourists.
Ensuring and providing professional and high-class guest service experiences.
Analyzing guest feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously
improve overall rating.
Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
To review, register and upload the contracts' terms and conditions on the company
system.
Follow-up contract expiration and renewal dates.
Confirm the existence and activation of the code on the system and its appearance of
the rest for the customers.
Handel the technical problems with IT department.
