Learning and Development:
•Plan, implement, track and report the yearly learning & development plan for Samsung’s Levant senior leaders and work force in the management support, sales & marketing.
•Monitor L&D KPI (such as number of trainees, number of training hours per employee) and take every necessary action proactively to identify potential business challenges and to achieve the targeted performance.
• Monitor and collaborate with senior sales leaders to execute development plans for high potential employees and assessing L&D needs (IDP) to develop employee skills aligned to Samsung’s Institutional business principles and values.
• Promote Samsung L&D online and onsite training programs. Manage logistical preparations, materials, tracking attendees, and ensure proper documentation for the trainings.
• Maintain L&D Information System records and review employee engagement results and conduct action planning.
• Establish communication as a trusted advisor and apply the “open door” environment so that employees’ issues and concerns are addressed.
• Work with the HR director, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition to ensure new programs and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the business.
• Collaborate with Global and Region Human Resources teams to implement the institutional HR training strategies and plans.
• A trusted assistant to Samsung Levant president and access point to support top management and senior leaders.
Recruitment & Staffing:
• Supporting and promoting Samsung’s direct hiring model by leveraging online recruiting resources, industry contacts, social networking tactics, research and cold calling, internal employee pool and in-house Applicant System.
• Maintaining details, tracking candidate’s progress throughout the hiring process, documentation on interviews, reference check, post and revise job descriptions to reflect proper hiring practices.
• Ensuring compliance of country specific hiring laws and system requirements as regulated and required by Samsung Levant.
• Contributing to deliver various local talent Acquisition projects and programs.
• Delegating work to Administration staff and managing their workload and output.
• Coordinate and build relations with HR departments to understand their industry, procedures, work cultures and environment to assist in matching their needs filling vacancies and supply of manpower with Akhtaboot’s services.
• Recruiting consultations, and advised management in a selling approach.
• Effectively managing recruiting and relationship management business in assigned database through a transactional selling approach.
• Assist and coordinate with clients by Screen applicants with position qualifications, update job descriptions as per company’s system.
• Gather feedback and provide guidance and advise as needed in some key HR processes (Expected salary, motivating the employees)
• Ensuring clear communication and confidentiality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction including prompt dealing with customers concerns and complaints and dealing with difficult clients.
• Assist in training new staff.

• Follow up and manage team duties from startup phase to completion of Maktoob's internal projects & clients services
