Formulate and implement HR strategies in response to business priorities.
* Strategic input into all functions across the HR Department.
* Act as the HR liaison for business lines.
* Drive continuous improvement in people management through:
Talent and Resourcing:
* Advise the business on a range of vehicles for developing talents.
* Liaise with respective center of excellence team to agree on appropriate resourcing plans for
the business.
Performance Management:
* Promote for the best practice of a right leader not a right manager.
* Hold discussions with employees on a one to one basis regarding their performance & career
development plan.
* Work with respective center of excellence team in Head office to build competences in the
business.
* Embed a high performance culture including; managing underperformance and supporting the
acceleration of high performers.
* Managing all PM cycle within timelines in regards to objective setting, mid- year review and
year- end review.
Employee engagement and diversity:
* Supporting the business to drive employee engagement across the organization including action
planning and developing tools.
* Plan for off-sites & events to increase engagement levels, and provide clear vision about our
values & strategies
Learning and Development:
* Apply practical TNA’s & Gap analysis on business line based feedback & performance
observation.
* Brokering the services of L&D into business areas to support the achievement of specific
business objectives

Update various policies and procedures for different company's departments in line with
department heads and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness.
* Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.
* Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired
employees…etc. on monthly basis for each department.
* Handling HR monthly management reports (Salary costs), per each department.

different advertisement tools, Maintain and organize Resumes/Applications' database, To be
part of interviewing committee to fill out the Interview Assessment Sheet, verifying applicant
references, certification/license and educational credentials, Regulate the pre-offer procedures,
terms and conditions, Coordinating with new hires, conduct orientations and on-boarding
procedures.
* Prepare HR correspondences and official letters using Arabic and English language if required.
* Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
* Develop the training and performance management activities in terms of attending different
training courses, evaluating the trainer …etc. and also in the performance appraisal awareness
sessions, analyzing results...etc.
