Lead the development of a holistic approach to strategy, performance, and quality measurements & management. Including but not limited to:
• Identification & promotion of new and emerging hardware, software and communication technologies and products, services, methods and techniques and the assessment of their relevance and potential value as business enablers, improvements in cost/performance or sustainability.
• Aligning emerging technologies with organizational IT strategies and plays a key role in implementing solution and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders and work across-functional teams in the development.
• Implementation of a strategic investment appraisal and decision-making process based on a clear understanding of cost, risk, inter-dependencies, and influence existing technologies and business activities, enabling measurement and objectives.
• Support initiatives through implementation, including tracking progress, designing, and monitoring key metrics, tracking performance against milestones, and providing change management guidance.
• Set the direction of Strategy & Performance Measurement Process, including the information gathering, data analysis and ensures timely submission of the Up-to-date statistics (KPI scorecards, budget, and delivery status summaries etc.) and required IT performance and management reports.
