Commercial:
• Manage Training and Software Maintenance & Support business for ME region.
• Develop Pricing and Selling Strategy, implement and change as needed.
• Initiate Service Level Agreements for all business divisions.
• Develop Monthly Sales Analysis and Reporting.
• Manage Tendering Process; RFP protocol process including soliciting RFPs from desirable prospective clients and writing proposals in coordination with Sales and Operations teams. Review and approve price calculators, deal models, bid sheets, purchase orders.
• Manage the Revenue Booking with Finance Department.
• Own Payment collection process.
• Manage Partners agreements Terms and Conditions, Legalization, Registration at Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Marketing:
• Manage company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs
• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company. Support and facilitate development and implementation of business/marketing plans.
• Manage company’s pre-qualification and registration with clients in the ME Region.
• Enhance relationship with client thru Client satisfaction surveys, Clients Awareness, Development activities and Training, Events Sponsoring.
• Manage Company Positioning in ME Market.
• Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list etc..
• Develop campaigns involving media, marketing, internet, and high-level events.
Human Resources:
• Evaluate organization vision, mission, structures, processes and people and recommend, design and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with the Company’s overall direction.
• Responsible for implementing, enforcing and administering employment regulations as well as corporate policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and written job descriptions with clear job accountabilities, reporting structures and career paths
• Develop training plans and programs; organize training sessions, workshops, and activities
• Initiate Grading System and draft Job Descriptions.
• Establish salary guidelines for hiring and performance evaluations for each job within the organization
• Provide recruiting and hiring support by developing recruitment plans and implementing activities such as internal communication, placement of ads; reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews, evaluations, and reference and background checks; writing offers.
• Develop staff orientation and induction program.
• Ensure accurate employee files
• Administration of all corporate and employee benefits and services to include health care programs.
• Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
• Management of workplace safety programs at operations sites and ensure accidents reporting.
• Manages all worker’s compensation.
• Supervise and review payroll processes to ensure timely salary deposits of the employees.
Customer Support:
• Drive Customer Service Team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare customer satisfaction analysis
• Align and improve Company’s policies/practices vs. major competitors, and partners’ policies.
• Set customer service goals and support results through best practice leadership and management principles.
• Study company’s performance, address issues and suggest active solutions to management and partners.
• Manage Software Maintenance & Support (SMS) business for the ME regions.
• Supervise SMS “Renewal-to-Payment” process and set all-in-all policies/strategies required to achieve company’s target.
• SMS forecast vs. SMS renewal’s pipeline.
Training:
• Develop Training pricing and selling strategy.
• Promote training business in coordination with Marketing, Operations and Sales Teams in ME Region.
• Handle Training logistics
• Manage Training “Sales-to-Payment” process.
